Online order fiasco
Ordered 4 items online with click and collect thinking no hassle ,received a text to say my order is ready ,so drove to city centre (Road works ,road closure everywhere, finally payd for parking to then find out at the store they only have half my order. So had to do it all again the following week, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I attended Birmingham go outdoors in…
I attended Birmingham go outdoors in Birmingham last weekend. As an aspiring mountain biker, I needed help with choosing the right shoes and the right size and other gears one may need. I was assisted by Charlotte who was really knowledgeable and caring. She was patient with me trying all sorts of shoes and also gave me some good tips. I had a good experience in this shop. The only reason I have given it 4 star as opposed to 5 is that this is a specialist shop where customers are more likely to need help ( like I did). I had to wait for my turn when I attended because the number of customers needing assistance was higher than the number of assistants.

Great customer service could make me willingly donate my kidneys 🤗
Just want to say a big THANK YOU to Ed, Ollie and Chloe! Talk about amazing customer service; they were all experienced, dedicated, professional and even fun. My friends and I are going to camp for the first time and were super nervous and had no idea what was needed but they were able to calm our nerves, give us the right information and answer questions thoroughly.
We went to compare prices at another store but the trio was what made us decide to make the purchase at the store which goes to show how much great service makes a difference!

Excellent service
I was quickly directed by Ed to the area that held the waterproof trousers and he gave a quick run through of the different options.
Then stepped away to give me the space to make my decision.
At the till he helpfully pointed out the saving I could make by becoming a member.

Found everything for DOE
My daughter had a big list of items she wanted for DOE. Ollie and Jade at the Birmingham city centre store really helped us sort everything and we got a good discount. Highly recommended for any items related to outdoor activities.
