Really bad experience with Go Outdoors
Really bad experience with Go Outdoors. I purchased a pair of rab trousers & tryed to return in store. The laddie on the Checkout didn’t know how to return stuff & 10
Days later I am still no further forword with go out doors. I’ve sent 10 emails & had no reply. Tried to call helpline with no response. I will never shop there again.

Having reviewed your correspondence, I can see that you received our automated email response. This advises that, if further assistance is required, a reply should be sent to the automated message so that the query can be passed to an advisor. As we did not receive a response, your enquiry was unfortunately not progressed further. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
We can confirm that your refund has now been processed. Unfortunately, there was a delay due to a system issue, for which we sincerely apologise. You will receive email confirmation of the refund, and the funds should appear in your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that the service you received did not meet expectations. We hope to have the opportunity to assist you again in the future and provide a much improved experience.

New hiking boots for teen boys
Needed to buy new hiking boots for my two sons. We had already looked online at what options were available in store and were keen to try them on and get some proper fitting advice. The Coatbridge store had a great choice of boots and sizes. Staff member Karen provided excellent customer service giving great advice and ensuring that both boys had the correct fit and were comfortable in their new boots. Thank you so much Karen for your assistance. Thank you also to Emma for her assistance at the check out! Great experience in the Coatbridge store as always.

Excellent customer service!
We went into the Coatbridge store this evening looking for new hiking boots for our teenage daughter. Staff member Karen was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain which boots would be most suitable for purpose and to ensure the boots were the correct fit. Excellent customer service!

No email to collect goods ordered online.
I never got an email to inform me that my shoes had arrived instore for collection. After a week I called the store to be told that they had arrived. Poor service, I think. This is not the first time that I have had a problem with the click+collect service.
