Harry and Kai were exceptional. Both in product knowledge and listening to what I wanted. Then explaining the options I had. Foot ware there isn’t anyone better than Kai. For everything else Harry is your man .

Walking boots
Ohh I have been looking for walking boots and at your store found the lovely Paige who helped me to make a decision which boots to buy,, she went above and beyond, she’s she knowledgable about the products in Go outdoors at the derby branch and I was absolutely happy with all the information and I have bought the boots and a paid of socks which I think was fab, weldone to Paige, she’s a good one.

just popped into the Derby branch for a few bits of fishing tackle...ive started back up after 20 years away from it, only went for a few little bits and came away loads of new kit ! really great chatting to Fred who looked after me and gave me advise...many thanks Fred, a great place for me now to get my fishy bits from...cheers.

Staff were very attentive and dealt with all our queries. Couldn’t fault the staff and our experience. Liam was very helpful on the tills as was a man with longish dark hair.
