My husband and I visited the Farnborough Store today and were served by LUKE. He was the most helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant young man. If only more shop assistants were like him.

Luke in the Farnborough store was…
Luke in the Farnborough store was brilliant! I called looking for a specific item that I’d seen online. Not only did Luke help with product info and confirm that the item was in store, he offered to put it aside for me until the next day. I was on a tight deadline having left it late to get the product in time for a camping trip, so to know if would be there waiting for me was great.
I happened to be served by Luke in store too and the experience was just as pleasant. Well done Go Outdoors. Just a shame they’ll be closing the store later this year as this guy was a real credit!

Jarred was really helpful and friendly right from when we walked through the door. He knew about the items we needed to know more about (specifically the cooler) and it made it much easier for us to make decisions about what we needed to get.

A great experience in Farnborough Store
I had a great experience in the Farnborough store today, both Jarred and Ali were most helpfull sorting out new boots for me and then dealing with a refund. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
I am sure I will be back again before the end of their closing down sale!

Exceptional customer care from all the staff
Exceptional customer care a friendly welcome and a gentle, no-pressure approach to help. Alana, Luke, and Jarred were incredibly helpful. They quickly checked their stock for a pair of outdoor chairs that I couldn’t see and safely retrieved them from a high shelf. Checkout was fast, and they even offered to carry the bulky items to my car. Fantastic service from a fantastic store!

This shop is great
This shop is great, in a really good location, perfect when we need things for expeditions. We have bought waterproof jackets, walking boots, tents, camping food and loads of other things from the store. All of the staff are very well informed on the products and really helpful.

Served by Tracy (& Liam) - excellent customer service, nice friendly atmosphere in what is a small shop for this organisation. Highly recommended store - although I expect the store size may restrict the stock levels & variety. So check online before hand.

I was greeted when I entered the store. After a couple of minutes I was asked if I needed assistance. I was taken to the section I was looking for. I made a purchase and the young man that had helped me, Luke, was very friendly and knowledgable.
