First time I have visited Go Outdoors…
First time I have visited Go Outdoors as we are new to camping so needed advice. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Even at the checkout Tom and Nia assisted us with some important information.

Looking for walking boots for myself…
Looking for walking boots for myself and my son. Helped by two nice chaps - Freddie and Tom. They walked back and forth to get a number of boots to try. We both were satisfied with our purchases and the staff.

Knowledgeable, friendly and professional
I went in to buy a cycle on the cycle to work scheme, as well as some accessories. Evan the guy who served me was kind friendly and knowledgeable.
He made suggestions of good products to buy as well as ones that would not be worth my time. He also remembered me from the first time I came in looking for a bike. He was also realistic with me regarding my goals.

The staff were really helpful
The staff were really helpful. Signed up for the club card, which gained us more savings on our purchases. The only issue was the children running riot. As a retail manager, I would have had a polite word with the parents to try to control the running children

Brilliant customer service
We took our son to look at the down hill mountain bikes. Alex helped us, and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and brilliant with our son. His customer service was impeccable and we very much appreciated his time, patience ABs expertise. Thank you Alex! We will definitely use Go Outdoors again!

Friendly and helpful
Went to get some new walking boots, and needed a bit of advice. Freddie was very knowledgeable and offered good advice without being pushy. Would definitely recommend visiting if you're in need of some new boots.
