Excellent service despite the sweltering heat!
Despite the store being really hot ( Head Office get some aircon for your lovely team!) the staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful and informed. What more could you want!

Quality outlet store
Quality outlet store , if you are looking for all things outdoors this is the place to be. Fair pricing , large range of items but what’s set them apart from the rest is the service.
I came into the store at past closing time and the staff (Maddie and Gareth) were so kind as to let me purchase my items and assisted me throughout.
Maddie was an absolute gem , she was so patient and kind. Would definitely recommend.

A good shopping experience
I certainly made my discount card pay off today.
The selection of shoes was very good and my size was available in a number of styles, giving me the problem of which to choose!
Madi was friendly with a good sense of humour and very good at her job, going out of her way to make sure that everything was suitable, even measuring rucksacks to check which of them were allowed as cabin baggage.
The shoes I chose are very good and well priced.

Great advice from store staff - size not in stock, but ordered online and arrived promptly. Trousers fitted my wife perfectly, and were very comfortable.

A Very Happy Customer
Visited Go Outdoors in HW to get new boots and jacket and was impressed with the range of stock across most major outdoor brands and price ranges. Used my GO Outdoors membership card to get a discount of approx 15%. Staff (Darc) was very helpful with advice about boots. Left with items that I wanted at a good price.
