A very good range and helpful staff made a pleasant experience. It is a little confusing on prices of you're not aware of the club pricing as the non club price is not clearly displayed.

Visited the shop twice
Visited the shop twice. Very helpful staff in Horsham.First time to buy boots & second time to buy gloves. The salesperson advised me to purchase a Go card as it worked out the same price anyway, so win win with the card !

Two incredible bargains
Two incredible bargains. A down gilet, I don't think you can beat down for warmth at very low weight. Secondly I was fortunate having small feet to pick up a pair of fabric walking boots at an amazing price. Very comfortable, waterproof, Vibram soles, yet lightweight.

Excellent service from the staff
As someone older embarking upon travelling around Thailand, I needed the perfect backpack for my adventure. Sarah of Go Outdoors in Horsham knew the stock and was able to guide me in choosing the perfect item.
The service in this store is excellent and they carry good quality stock at affordable prices.

Good selection for shopping
I found I was able to find & try on the coat I wanted without any problems followed by good service at payment.
I don,t like being greeted by someone as soon as I walk in the door as I feel that if I needed help I would ask.
