Helpful Makala
A minute after picking up two different pairs of walking boots Makala (shop assistant) was there asking if I needed any help. Makala assisted whilst I tried on several different brands in different sizes. I asked for her opinion on different brands for lighter weight pair, offered up some good options and found a pair I was happy with except for colour. Makala offered to ring the larger store and check if they were in stock in a different colour, which they were. Overall fantastic service, friendly and helpful! Thank you

Staff were helpful without being…
Staff were helpful without being obtrusive.
Went in to look at day bags. Chap came over and asked if I needed any help. When I didn't have any specific questions he left me to browse.
Came back later in the afternoon (having looked in other shops) to buy the bag I'd decided on. Was served by Isla who dealt with this simple transaction nicely and efficiently (with a one-sentence request for a review).

Decent shop. Staff were very helpful and helped us find what we were looking for.
Thanks to Chris & Isla for going that extra mile. Good customer service can be lacking these days so it was good to visit a shop and be met by staff who appeared to care. Well done.
