Not had time to try the tent but pleased so far 😀

I needed some new walking trainers. I was assisted by Freya in the Launceston branch. A very personable and knowledgeable young woman. She listened to my requirements, asked some additional qualifying questions, I mentioned that I had shortlisted one pair from internet reviews, which Freya showed me but she also recommended a different pair, after discussing the pros and cons I decided to go with Freya's recommendation and after a small walk in them this afternoon I'm pleased I did as they ticked all of my boxes. Freya is clearly an asset to Go outdoors, it's nice to receive such great, in hurried and knowledgeable customer service

Paige at the register was wonderful, helpful and kind.
The young man that sold us our shoes was knowledgeable, agreeable and helped us until we got the perfect Merrill's for me and my husband. He later helped us in a different part of the store. Top notch service!

Great customer service, particularly Charlene who went above and beyond to help me on two separate occasions to buy hiking boots and trail shoes, with her help I now have shoes perfect for hiking and long walks. Highly recommended

From a phone call the Staff reserved a product for me. It was available when I arrived but in fact I chose a different product. Good range to choose from. Staff very helpful.

Easy to park. Everything we needed was easy to find .we were served by Rebecca. Who was very polite .she had really bad hiccups when we walked in and still served us in a professional manor. I waited till she was detracted serving us and I made her jump the hiccups went .she thanked me laughed and carried on. She is a asset to your company

We were served by a wonderful assistant called Freya. She was so friendly, helpful and patient with a lovely smile and sense of humour. Probably the best shop assistant we have ever encountered. The store is well stocked, light and airy and easy to locate what you're looking for.

Incredibly friendly staff extremely helpful, was served by Phil and Linzi taken immediately to an item which I could not find! Great choice for all things outdoors!

Visited the Launceston branch and Freya was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she gave great help and advice, which was much appreciated.

Mandy at the Launceston branch provided excellent service when i went to the branch in July. I needed a new pair of walking/hiking boots. Mandy gave excellent advice and was patient while i tried many different styles. I purchased the exact pair of Boots I needed and am very happy with them.

Freya super helpful

Charlene was on top form, ensuring that customers knew about deals, discounts, membership and Blue Light card options. As a support worker in a care home, I really appreciated that. Go Outdoors is already one of my absolute favourite shops and now I'm even more impressed. Thank you, Charlene!

From the minute I walked into the store the staff were more than helpful in directions and information on discount card.
I was looking at buying a pair of walking boots went to that particular section and Tom was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about all the stock and the item I was looking at purchasing.
I would like to thank Tom for all his help and how he knew exactly how each boot was rated.
I would hardly recommend this store as all the staff top quality.

I had a lot of help with deciding which fleece jacket to buy. Mandy firstly showed me all the different types of jacket in the shop that I might have been interested in. I took a few to the changing room and whilst I was trying them on she went and got a few different sizes for me to try.
I ended up buying a lovely pink fleece jacket. Thank you Mandy!
