Great service
Bought two coats from this store and found the staff very helpful and considerate.we were on holiday from bournemouth and id reccomend this store for good quality products and great service.

Went into the Leek Express store in Staffs without intending to buy anything. Manager Rachel was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble. Ended up buying 3 excellent fleeces, and two outdoor waterproof coats. One was identical to the fantastic one I'd been wearing for the last 20 years and had given up finding a replacement for. The other was very practical but in fashionable poker dots!. Rachel was amazing - if you are in Leek you should visit this Go Outdoors store!

Amazing Shelagh
A shop run by fantastic people who genuinely care, reserved items online for festival, was rather last minute.com. The real star here is Shelagh though, fantastic customer service, couldn’t do enough for me. Even an hour after I had been in the shop I was having a drink on the high street. Shelagh must have just finished her shift, but she stopped to make sure I had everything and then stood chatting about festivals and concerts she has been to. I have never experienced amazing customer service like this before. Shelagh obviously cares about her job, her customers and shows a genuine interest. Thanks Shelagh ☺️

communication glitch
I placed an online order for two items on Thursday evening. The initial correspondence was effective, acknowledging my order and assuring me of a swift dispatch. Unfortunately, communication fell short afterwards, leaving me unsure about the progress of my order.
To clarify the situation, I contacted customer service the following Tuesday. They confirmed that my order was scheduled to be delivered to the shop on Thursday. I had to make another call to ensure the delivery to the shop, which was indeed confirmed. However, I wasn't notified via email when my items were ready for pickup, which was a bit of a let-down.
Despite this minor communication glitch, my visit to the shop to pick up my order went smoothly. Everything was in place and the items were just as I expected. Overall, a satisfactory experience but some improvement in communication would be appreciated.
