GO Outdoors - Manchester Arndale Avaliações

I went into the Arndale store today to pickup a new pair of trainers due to me focusing on my health at the gym and getting some blisters due to cheapo Amazon trainers.

I was assisted by the kind and caring Nathan who took the time to address what I needed and didn't rush me when I was explaining why I needed what I did. I also did the scan in the store which was something I didn't even know existed but gave me interesting info about my grippers!

Highly suggest this store. Ask for Nathan, he is a legend.

I visited the store to buy a pair of Craghoppers shorts and noticed they were priced higher than on the Craghoppers website. While trying on a few different pairs, I was assisted by Samantha. After I mentioned the price difference, she explained the store’s price-match policy, which meant I was able to purchase the shorts at the matched price.
Samantha was extremely helpful throughout my visit and had a great knowledge of the products available in store. Her friendly service made my visit to the store a very positive one.

Sophie, one of the footwear staff, was amazing and very kind in helping me understand and choose a suitable piece of footwear gear for my upcoming hikes.

How can both items be available to buy but then one is suddenly unavailable on the day of pick up. Conveniently the more expensive item was still available.

Sophie (from footwear) was super helpful and friendly. She gave great advice on the hiking sandals and totally sold us on the Teva’s!

There was also a really good selection of womenswear in store.

Ive used go outdoors over the years, the staff are always very friendly and really helpful.

On entering the Arndale store, clueless as to weather or not I could use my discount card and having little or no knowledge about walking shoes, Callum, was more than happy to help me find the right pair. Nothing was too much trouble. He helped with my membership also. I ended up buying an extra pair of shoes for my daughter and 2 bags. His knowledge of products was impressive. The whole team were a credit to the store. Will be visiting again soon as My husband needs boots!! Many thanks.

Staff members are extremely helpful and nice.

I called in looking for a pair of waterproof and breathable overtrousers. Laibba served me, taking lots of time to show me everything in stock that was suitable. She described the qualities of each product and left me to browse and then try three pairs on.
I could not have asked for a more polite, friendly and enthusiastic member of staff. I am more than happy with my Craghoppers Ascent II overtrousers.

Cleo was lovely and very helpful helping me pick some boots

Charlie W was very helpful and we had a lovely chat about Scotland!

Was served by a lovely lady AFSAH, she took the trouble to go and look for a hat in the stockroom for me and was successful in finding the hat which we bought, thankyou AFSAH

Excellent customer service from Charlie W! Very friendly and helpful. Found the coat I was looking for and signed up for the discount card. Will be returning to shop again soon.
