Comfy waterproof shoes, great service
I popped in to Penrith store today in the hope of finding some decent walking shoes with the perfect fit which is not an easy task. Store staff were incredibly helpful and helped me choose a pair of Merrell shoes with Goretex. They fit like slippers!
I especially recommend both Michelle and Tony for exceptional customer service and really taking time to listen to what I was looking for. Their help was invaluable and I can definitely recommend their services.

Great service
Bought a new pair of walking boots to replace my old ones. I picked the ones that I liked and they fit beautifully.
Michelle, who helped us, was fabulous. She checked, and double checked that the boots were the correct fit. She was very knowledgeable and discussed the pros and cons of the boots and aftercare.
