Amazing Interaction
Chloe went out of her way to support my son in obtaining a full set of outdoor clothing. She did not overwhelm him with choices, sharing her warmth and humour with him throughout their interaction.

Today a new lady called Beth served me, she had a lot to deal with as I have a blue light card and also had a voucher to use, she was so nice and so patient and did really well, she will be an asset to the store of Go Outdoors in Plymouth I am certain. Lovely lady.

Steph and Ryan were really helpful and took the time to make sure I got what I needed.
Matt I also want to thank so much who has gone above and beyond to help me and my son, who wanted to start fishing. He was kind patient and took the time to make sure we got the right gear that was suitable for my son. We also came back so Matt could show my son how to tie a knot. He was amazing with him and my son came away so happy.

Firstly, the lovely lady called Beth was amazing, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She’s a credit to have working there. Went in a couple of days ago to buy some fishing kit for tge grandkids. Mat was extremely helpful and being a keen angler very knowledgable. Got me the right kit and I also got some gokd advice. Thanks Matt.
