Jake Tanya and Kerry were a great help when it came to me buying my tent. They rang all the nearest go outdoors to see if they had the specific one that I wanted. However they couldn’t. They found out that I could buy the display one. Great service guys thank you for your help

We went to get some hiking boots, socks and hiking poles and Carol was really helpful. She had great knowledgable on the different models and was really patient as we tried on various boots. Thank you - we are delighted with our purchase.

Went into go outdoors for some walking…
Went into go outdoors for some walking boots, wasnt really sure what i needed but was helped massively by a lovely lady called carol, she guided me to what i bought and advised me on socks to avoid blisters too.

Very happy with our purchase and customer service
Collected the tent we purchased that had been on display. Max brought it out to my car and told me a lot about it and was so helpful. Great customer service. Also when we bought it the guy who served us was very helpful and informative didn't get his name Ass 24/24 both a credit to Go Outdoors.

Called into your shop and was looking for suitable hiking boots for my onward travels in Indonesia as not available out there . I met a very helpful informative , knowledgeable lady , her name is Carol , she discussed my various options of suitable footwear for my future travel destinations and I could not have asked for more as she guided me to the perfect pair of boots which will make my hiking experience over there so much more enjoyable. Great emoloyee Carol
Carol from footwear and socks department spent plenty of time providing lots of valuable information about hiking shoes. She helped me choose the right footwear as well as anti blister socks. If not for her I wouldn't have bought anything and would have missed out.
