Great customer service - Phil
We had a lovely experience in store with Phil helping us choose our son’s first pedal bike. He helped us with queries, allowed him to try a few different styles and sizes and offered us advice for supporting him with learning to ride his bike. Fantastic customer service

The staff especially Stuart was amazing!
The staff member I had (Stuart) was lovely and helpfull he didn’t rush me and got me lots of different shoes to try on. He gave me his opinion and took my opinion and found me a great shoe!!

I only went I to look at t-shirts.
I only went I to look at t-shirts when my wife had a look at camping stuff. I checked some prices on walking shoes and a staff member approach me and asked me if I was okay just looking, we got talking about the type of low rang to mid rang walking shoes. I had no plans to buy shoes on that day but the (Asian) guy got some trainers and shoes for me to try he was very helpful. The guy at the till was very good too.

I took my bike into Phil due to needing…
We took two bikes into Phil due to both needing a service, brake issues and 2 flat back tyre alongside some other issues like missing screws from wear and tear and needing a connector fitting for a bike buggy. Even with the busy bank holiday weekend he got both bikes back in action in just a few hours so we could still enjoy the weather. Not only did he do an exemplary job he also helped me load both bikes back into my van, super helpful, friendly and kind. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Great service
Served by John in store when we were looking at men’s hiking boots. He was very knowledgeable, assisted us trying a number of styles and was really friendly. Took into account our requirements. Overall, we were very happy with the service and the purchase.

I rang up prior to making the drive…
I rang up prior to making the drive over to the Shrewsbury branch to see if they had an osprey 2.5l hydration bladder in stock. Holly answered the call and confirmed they had one and put it aside for me. On arrival I met Holly at the till and she was ever so helpful and sorted me out with my reserved item. She was very pleasant and attentive and she is a credit to your store.
