Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I bought a great sleeping bag which was just what I needed They let me know about a discount for National Trust members too.

Visited the store today to gear up for a backpacking trip to some essential gear and backpack. Kait was super helpful and answered every question I asked. I was also looking at new hiking shoes, and she suggested a really nice lightweight leather ones, which I am really happy with. She packed everything nicely in the backpack when I was checking out. Definitely will return for more items.

The boots I bought from you came apart whilst I was out working and I brought them back to the Solihull store who were both apologetic and replaced them without hesitation. They were very helpful and was pleased I didn’t have to ‘fight’ to get a replacement.
I have since bought another item at the store. The team at Solihull should be acknowledged for their customer care.

USED CLICK & COLLECT AT GO EXPRESS SOLIHULL TO FIND STORE WAS CLOSED AT 3.30PM ON TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS WHEN IT SHOULD BE OPEN TO 5.30PM. FINALLY MANAGED TO PICK UP ON 3RD ATTEMPT

Went in looking for a new waterproof jacket and was assisted in my quest by a lovely lady who was very helpful and informative and extremely pleasant. She helped me find a suitable jacket and after explaining the memnbership thing I was happy to sign up. The jacket is comfortable, looks pretty good and has so far done its job of waterproofing me admirably. Excellent value too!
