3 bike rack
Checked a bike rack online. Visted the store, Nathan gave 110%. He came from the fishing department to the cycle area as there were no staff in that area. He was very knowledgeable. He checked the bike rack would fit my car online.
We had a good chat about the purchase. Very friendly and helpful.I would definetly recomend Go outdoors.

Ordered an item money was taken out my…
Ordered an item money was taken out my bank, then sent an email saying item is out of stock! Also jacket on website was recoded from 90 to 50, in store ended up paying full price! Will never shop with go outdoors again, also staff weren’t very helpful and moody because I was asking questions
