I have been served by the same members of staff twice in the last week. Both times Max was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Excellent customer service !!! I have also been served by Nicola on the till both times. Again she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made a fuss off our 2 staffy pups :)

Swansea branch are always helpful and not pushy with sales. Good to deal with even when returns are involved.

Bryan a member of your team guided me into becoming a member so as I was able have discount . Very helpful and totally dedicated to pleasing customers . Then I was served at the till by Emelia , who was also very helpful and also dedicated to pleasing customers . 10/10 to you both x

Tom was really helpful in advising which hiking boots might be better for me and I was there for 2 hours trying them all on so the poor guy did spend quite a lot of time getting me different boots(!). He also got me to register my car for the parking as he was aware I'd been there sometime which would have saved me a nasty shock.

Been in a few times trying out walking shoes, nothing was too much trouble.

I called into the swansea store today to purchase a replacement pole for my vango tent. I was served by Cameron who was very helpfull, informative and polite, I got the pole I needed and made my way down to the tills where I was greeted by nicola who again was really polite. Great service around by both concerned definitely recommend this store as they have a great selection of products and well displayed.

Fishing department is well stocked and the staff are brilliant.

Popped in for an upcoming Pyrenees climb to grab some kit. Mark’s knowledge and experience were immensely valuable and Nicola on the till was lovely with local food recommendations and directions. Brilliant staff 👍🏼

I popped into the store to drop off an EVRI return and the new label printer worked first time. Amanda was quick, friendly, and efficient. While I was there, I asked about an item I’d seen online—Sara was really helpful and grabbed it from the stockroom straight away. Amanda then served me again at the till and, once again, the service was excellent. 10/10 overall.

Went in to Go Outdoor Swansea today and an employee, whose name unfortunately I didn’t catch, went above and beyond. He was a middle aged man restocking the rucksacks who noticed me and my friend browsing.

He went out of his way to inform us of all different options and price ranges available to us and which were suited to different uses.

I chose one out and tested it with the weights available as well as some other options. And settled for one of his suggestions.

I have to say I received first class service from Tom today in Go Outdoors, Swansea. He was very helpful, knowledgable and went out of his way to fix my bike for me and gave first class advice. He is a real credit to the Company

Teagan was wonderful on the till really quick and friendly. Tom helped my wife and I on a shoe purchase and Karac the duty manager was also really friendly and made our experience really enjoyable. A lovely store with really friendly staff.
