Very efficient, helpful and courteos staff and a wide range of choice of goods

Thanks to Michelle and Carol for looking after me so well today on my visit to your Swindon store.

The customer service was excellent and the staff were outstanding my family and I go there quite often as we’re a outdoor family and this was the first time we used click and collect and it was flawless fast picking although we weren’t able to get one of our items we were refunded quickly and without any issue

We had such a fantastic experience with Morgan. We initially contacted the store by phone as we were struggling to find a particular tent that had been out of stock locally. Morgan was incredibly helpful from the very first conversation and went out of his way to help us, including holding the item for us.

We then drove an hour to the store, and Morgan actually recognised our voices when we arrived! He immediately came over and helped us get the item we had reserved. He was then able to help us put together a bundle and made the whole process incredibly easy.

Nothing was too much trouble for Morgan, and his customer service was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely seemed to want to make sure we got exactly what we needed.

It’s not often you come across someone who goes so far above and beyond, and Morgan really did. He is a credit to the store and deserves recognition for the fantastic service he provided. Thank you, Morgan! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff were very helpful, had to ask several members of staff today at different sections of the store, all were knowledgeable about where to find products and were happy to help me. A smile goes a long way!

Great ride on the horse simulator with Amelie. I'm surprised more people don't use this - it's great value and very educational for people returning to riding or wanting to improve skills

Rob from the fishing session was great I visited as a beginner to fishing and he helped kit me out and went the extra yard in terms of offering advice.

She spent so much time answering all my detailed questions and made me feel completely valued as a customer—it was a really great shopping experience.I also want to highly commend Jo, who gave me brilliant, expert advice about the tent specifications and took the time to clearly explain exactly how to pitch and put it together.Even though the Berghaus Adhara 500 was out of stock today, the outstanding service from Shelby and Jo means I will definitely be returning tomorrow to check the new delivery. They are a credit to your team!

We visited the Swindon branch on 2nd August. We had a look around the store before Julie helped us with our purchase which she was very helpful and polite. Will visit this store again.

We visited Go Outdoors on Wednesday 5th August and was very pleased with the experience. Shelby and Bill provided exceptional assistance, and we were made to feel thoroughly valued throughout our visit. All the items we required were purchased smoothly and without difficulty. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Swindon branch of Go Outdoors.

Great service great prices will use again

While the shop at Swindon on 2nd August was extremely busy. Jordana and Tom were amazing and Tom’s knowledge helped us buy the correct Gas BBQ. Well done you two.

Came in to get our camping setup for the year and this one lady helped me need she was polite helpful and very professional i didn't catch her name unfortunately

Very helpful staff especially extremely knowledgeable young man at the camping tents section in Swindon. Then very good customer service by Francisco at the till.

Tom was great, went the extra mile in finding the tent in the store which wasn’t on display but ‘in stock’ so I bought it! Shelby in the fishing section was excellent too

A great shout out for Jay.Promptly called me to say an item was back in stock and served me in the yellow room as to avoid paying at main tills,as it was busy,when I came in to collect item.

Molly was very helpful today & got us the support we needed for the purchase of our new bbq.

I went into Go Outdoors with an unusual problem I had with a product. I really went in to flag the problem and didn't expect them to do much about it. Alice greeted me, listened and went above and beyond to help me out. She was courteous, helpful (and funny too). I really appreciated her help. Well done.
