GO Outdoors - Warrington Avaliações 

Visited Go Outdoors, Warrington this morning, i find this branch most inviting. Outside the main entrance there is a clean bowl of dog water & some doggy biscs in another bowl - how welcoming is that for our 4 legged friends. We had our Roxie with us so she thought this wonderful as well & great that you can take your dogs in store, she likes camping as well. A bright clean store with all merchandise on display clearly. Found myself a nice waterproof jacket & also a gillet for those chilley days. Went to the tills where i was served by Sue, very friendly with a lovely smile & very efficient. A pleasure to shop here. We'll be back.

Charlotte at the Warrington branch served us this evening. What a lovely, helpful person. Helped us sort out our new loyalty card and was a pleasure to speak to. Very professional and knowledgeable.

There were a few price discrepancies with the online price and in store price but between becca and sue they sorted me out brilliantly. Very friendly both of them and excellent customer service.

I was served this morning by a lovely lady called Sue. She was very helpful & cheerful. Thankyou for making my visit a good one.

Liv at the Warrington store went above and beyond to help us in purchasing a gas bottle for our bbq, we hadn’t got a clue which we needed.
Having earlier that day visited so many places to buy one everywhere sold out or could only exchange an existing bottle.
From arriving at the store to purchasing was effortless

Easy and simple, amazing customer service!

The whole team were so helpful when I dashed in just before closing, this Friday 22nd May. Like super duper helpful. Kids in tow and 1% battery on phone for payment, we were directed to what we needed, supported through decisions and made to feel welcome even 15 minutes before closing....on a FRIDAY NIGHT!!!

Straight up don't see this kind of effort from a young workforce enough! These guys rallied together and got the job done. It was a three figure spend and I felt confident I had all the right bit when leaving.

Great shop, good location and plenty of choice. On top of this Soleen is a breath of fresh air. Professional and classy.

Staff in the Warrington Store are so helpful both over the phone and in store. Today we were helped by Charlotte and Liv during our visit and nothing was too much trouble.

All the gear! We’ve been researching & setting ourselves up to go on our first of many camping adventures & have found go outdoors a must! From help & advice to all the choices, good prices & offers! We’re all set. Just want some dry weather now.

Ordered for click and colllect as store told me I couldn’t order with them.
No update on order. Phoned on due date to be told that it may be later in the day.

No contact via email or text and app continue to say ‘on way’.

Next I heard the item had been returned. I’ve now had to reorder and pay £3 more for the same item as the price had increased.

Rubbish customer service. Having fully assembled a barbecue, found the last component, a handle for the lid, was broken and unusable. On contacting the store, was told by the unhelpful staff that the only way to get a replacement is to FULLY dismantle it, repack all the numerous components back into their original packing (honestly!) and schlepp back to the store. That is a huge amount if wasted time and effort due to a substandard product.

Charlotte was extremely helpful with her advice about the best drinks bottle to buy.
She took her time to help and she explained about the different benefits of the various brands and styles of bottles/tumbler bottles that would be best for my lifestyle and needs.

I went to Go Outdoors Warrington for pair of hiking pants. Sue, the lady manning the tills organised changing room availability for me straight away. Sue was chatty and friendly, which was nice and relaxing.
I was torn between 2 pairs, and after chatting to Sue she offered some very good and sensible input, which helped me make up my mind. I am very pleased with my purchase,and thank Sue for her excellent help and service 😀 😊.
