I had a really enjoyable shopping experience in the store today. Shirley looked after me and helped me select and purchase some new trainers. She is really knowledgeable and she went out of her way to look for other trainers for me that may be more suitable. Really helpful and friendly. Thank you Shirley

Highly recommend
I was served by Shirley, the most helpful assistant I've ever met. All the advice I could have hoped for, and no hard sales, great experience. Highly recommend the value and the service in this shop.

I bought some new walking boots from…
I bought some new walking boots from the Worcester branch. Daisy was very attentive while helping me make my decision. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. Shirley was as friendly and informative as ever when it came to paying for my purchase. It is so nice to shop somewhere where the staff are as helpful and friendly as this.....a rarity in this modern world.

Silver D of E expedition shopping trip
We went to get kitted out for a Silver D of E expedition. I didn’t catch the name of the first assistant we spoke to but he recommended we were helped by Paul, who had extensive D of E experience, what fantastic teamwork! Paul’s knowledge helped us make informed choices and felt confident with our purchases. They supported us with how to get the best out of our participants’ discount too.

Thank you John! John was very helpful in store, he happily got me a few pairs of boots to try and some thicker socks to try on, so I could see how the boots fitted. Really happy with my purchase and the experience in store.

A really good experience
I had a really good experience, Shirley was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the different items I was looking for, so helpful and friendly to, I bought a pair of Berghaus waterproof trousers and will be back to buy a coat and waterproof shoes nxt week on my day off
