Ordering was easy and delivery came when it was supposed to. The delivery driver was amazing. He didn't just dump my parcel on the door step he kindly put it into my passage.

Waited weeks for the order when it arrive it was someone else's order, with my address on the box but their order and contact details on,
Breaking GDPR REGULATIONS,
they were very mistrusting and insisted that I jump through hoops to "prove" the mistake
It was only when I mentioned that I was really concerned that that had ignored my issue with GDPR for the 3rd time that they botherd to address it, and then basically told me that there was nothing to worry about, and no compensation would be offered,
I have paid a deposit to secure decorators for this Saturday. However I will loose this £80 deposit as there's no wallpaper for them to do the job,
Go wallpaper said that they will not send out the correct order until they have picked up the incorrect order, but need me to be at home to give it to the Courier, I work in the office Monday to Friday, they only work Monday to Friday, when I pointed this out I waited until the following day to get a reply they said that they could arrange it from my workplace, but this will not help my situation it does not compensate for the money I will lose this weekend not to mention having to wait until the decorators have got another window of Opportunity available, all because of go wallpapers negligence and ineptitude, this does not seem to be important to them, my problem is I have somebody else's order who is obviously waiting for their wallpaper, and they have obviously got my order with my delivery slip with my details on
The office closes at the same time I finish work so it would be tomorrow before I could take it with me to work for them to pick up however it would not get picked up tomorrow because they won't get my email saying where I work until tomorrow, I have a hospital procedure Friday so I will not be in the office or at home, so this is next week problem and no doubt another few weeks before I get the replacement order, all in all, very poor customer service, lack of urgency and concern for the inconvenience and costs incurred caused by their ineptitude and data breach

Took about 5 weeks to come then there was a delay at customs
