Very disappointing
I ordered a bag and rain suit. The rain suit was out of stock and it was stated that that would be on back order but no mention of the bag not being sent till the rain suit was available. This arrived too late for my son’s birthday present and only after I chased it up. As of yet, I still haven’t received a rain suit and ordered on 13 June!!

What a place and what a team (Will G)
What a place and what a team. Never been before. Needed some patient and knowledgeable advice and to not feel rushed. This was a big spend for my son.
We were probably there an hour. Will G (name checking on purpose) was a young man who took his time, answered daft questions and helped every way he could. Top job. Genuinely very helpful.
As an aside, we all shop on the web today. Unless you know what you want for kit like this the chance to get it wrong is high. Sometimes you simply need to talk face to face to a person that knows their stuff and try multiple items on. GPR is now our future go to.
