Delivered in really good time. Well packaged and the products look lovely but we would have appreciated some fitting instructions! I guess it's probably easy to work out but even a basic diagram would have been helpful.

Loved the product
Loved the product. I bought iron cottage bun door knobs for my bungalow and they look great. I miss calculated when I ordered and forgot a cupboard but when I rang the company they sent me another postage free even though it was under the limit for free postage because I had already bought from them. Its the little things that make the difference in good customer service. Thank you.

Faulty product and no follow up
Wooden bathroom towel ladder arrived with water marks all over. Unfortunately I kept it and I subsequently the leg has stained my marble floor and all of my white towels. Although the company have provided a new ladder they have not acknowledged the damage the product has caused. Avoid this product and company!

Dear Sarah. We're so sorry your experience of shopping with us didn't have a positive outcome. Just to confirm, we did offer to replace the towel ladder when you reported these issues to us, but as you've already stated, you decided to keep it. Upon investigation, it appears the packaging was damaged resulting in damage to the product, this must have happened when the product was in transit to you. You have since received a replacement, which I am happy to hear is perfect. Kind regards G&G.

Brassware excellent, delay in delivery not so good.
The quality of the brassware was excellent, when it arrived. My only issue was the length of time it took, 12 days to come, I contacted the company twice and explained I had the carpenter coming on the 9th and he needed the hardware for the front door, I was assured it would be with me on the 10th, it didnt arrive and there was no contact from the company explaining why. I contacted again and received an email apologising, saying that they were undertaking work in their warehouse, which was causing delays. If I had been informed of this before I ordered and then kept in the loop about my delivery without me constantly chasing them, I could have organised my tradesman accordingly. But as I said earlier the brassware was excellent quality, just what I was looking for.
