Item ok, disappointed on length of time to dispatch, especially after paying £4.95 postage, ordered on Wednesday 9th dispatched Monday 14th how long does it take to put a small box in the post. Other companies manage including free delivery.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. I've had a look at your order and I can see that it was placed late on the Wednesday, so after our couriers had been, and past our cut off for that day. I can see you didn't request express delivery too. You're quite right, the order was despatched to you on the Monday, two working days after you placed your order. I can see it was delivered on the Tuesday, 3 to 4 working days after you placed the order, that's within the delivery time we specify on our website.

Steve was very helpful. We originally ordered the wrong item but he explained clearly the best way to arrange it to be swapped for the correct one.
The process was very straightforward and we received the replacement very quickly.

Great Gift
The post box was a present for my mother and she loves it. It did take rather a long time to arrive but once chased customer services were very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Very helpful and polite staff. Good quality product - quite heavy compared to others I’d seen. More expensive than the run of the mill door accessories in other DIY shops but worth it in my opinion. We had a minor issue in locating parcel delivered, however, staff were very good and the experience has been positive.

Looks nice, tricky work
Delivery took whole lot longer than expected due to warehouse issues. Also the combination of front and back plate worked but difficult to install with little wiggle room for screws.
