Two weeks and no item delivered. Emails ignored. Avoid!

Made the mistake of not reading the reviews and placed an order for two shirts, five weeks ago.

Good news:

- the shirts fit
- reasonable quality for the price
- they actually arrived

Bad news:

- five weeks? They were for my birthday 3 weeks ago and arrived at weekend. Even coming from China, this is excessive
- they use Yodel for UK delivery. The most inept shower to get behind the wheel of a van

I guess on the whole, and after reading some other reviews, I was a lucky one.

I won’t be using again and their total lack of customer service support is not an edifying feature.

Avoid. Low price does not equal low service.

Same as the many reviews here! Emails, Facebook messages… not a courtesy of a response. Ordered a 3XL jersey only for it to be too small. (Despite the sizing chart) Replaced it with a 5XL that was actually smaller than the original 3XL! Cost me AUD80! Now they have my money and I have a jersey that can’t be worn… still no response, no apology. Just rubbish product and even poorer customer service

Do not trust this company, you might think its uk when in fact the products come from china. They do not reply to messages or emails, and unfortunately before i purchased i hadnt seen the MANY MANY reports of items ordered never arriving . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

After many attempts to contact company, they have never responded. Ordered gear 2 months ago. Never received. Most likely a scam

Ordered some Jerseys 3rd April and received them on 23rd April, really don't think this was too bad to be honest. The quality of the tops is very good and no complaints, thanks very much.

This company is rubbish I believe this is a SCAM I ordered a cycling jersey Dec 2024 for a Xmas present it’s now Feb 2025 never arrived, despite ( after much effort) having a response to a text message saying they would investigate I have had no more comms, no cycling jersey and no refund….SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Positives first: Ordered a few jerseys so far abd they arrived when expected, quality is better than expected and the designs are great... BUT....

I recently ordered 3 jerseys, which arrived. 1 of the 3 is the wrong size.

I've tried contacting them via their email address, mobile number and any other method I could find. After numerous emails I got a response, Yay!... No... that's where the good stuff ends. I provided the proof requested and everything is now radio silent. No sign of it being replaced as per their policy regarding their mistakes. Can not get a reply from anyone now. Customer service or support is utterly non existant.

If things go as planned its fine, otherwise you'll get nowhere. Avoid.

Avoid like the plague. No response to emails and no return address. Must be running a scam. How can you agree to returns when you don’t tel customers where to return the merchandise to?? Don’t buy from here at any cost. The delivery time was horrendously long with no response to any emails.

This company should be avoided at all costs.
No reply to emails or calls.
And 1 month to receive a delivery.
Extremely dissatisfied- I only wish I had not been so silly not to look at reviews first!

I ordered 4 shirts, they took forever to come and no updates, one shirt description was a bit misleading, I have requested a return for that item, they still haven't responded, such a shame they seem to be so poor at communication apart from when you are buying!

I just keep getting review us mails - so here you are Granny gear a review - you need massive improvements in the way you trade and treat customers

I ordered 2 lovely retro jerseys about 3 weeks ago but as of yet have not seen them. Okay, do it says the jerseys are popular but surely we aren’t all the same size?!
I have emailed granny gear multiple times to try and find out what is going on, but like everyone else…. NO reply🤷🏻‍♀️
Seriously, this company “could” have do much business 🤔, but the way they operate is not doing them any favours 🫢
I like the other buys had not seen the reviews previous to purchase, these really better be good jerseys 😡

So I will give them credit where it is due - the cycling jerseys are of a good quality and I like the designs that Granny Gear have on offer.

What I would say and in the interest of helpful advice and feedback it would be that the delivery time is too long, it does provide milestones but would genuinely benefit from speeding this process up.

Cycling is a sport that relies on repeat business, I have used my local bike shop for years after they provided good service. People cycle together and recommend various brands too.

Running an operation that sends packages all the way from China rather than hosting the stock in the UK and providing speedy delivery (especially in todays world) wont get much repeat business and wont get recommended during a feed stop or something.

You guys have great products that people want to buy and are willing to pay for but without speeding up delivery I will find it hard to recommend you. Wishing your venture all the best for the future as it is not easy running a small business and I have no doubt if you fix the delivery challenges you will be getting 5 stars every time!

Ordered 2 cycling jerseys which arrived damaged and are unwearable. Have phoned, emailed, FB messaged Granny Gear and no response at all.

The item arrived weeks late, then When it did arrive, stitching was completely wonky. Returned it to GG, but no refund, no contact, zilch. Never ever buy from this company.

Terrible company... Do not order anything, don't reply to E mails and I ordered a top 24 days ago and it still hasn't arrived, total con

Waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery, then when it arrived the zip was broken.
Have filled in an online return request, sent emails to 2 different addresses and tried to contact via social media - but have had no response from any.
Don't buy from here, I suspect they are about to go bust, have written my money off.

Shocking service think it’s a con no communication at all

Wish I’d read these before ordering. GG did appear to be posting from the UK but clearly not. Have emailed but no response. Not looking good a week on from ordering.

Money taken, but no products received. I have tried many times to get a response from the company without success.
Avoid this company. Probably a scam.
