First Grape Tree Order
This was my first order with Grape Tree online which I found very easy to navigate and shop on.
There was good communication from Grape Tree after the order was made so I knew exactly when my order had been picked up by the courier.
Unfortunately the courier totally let the side down and my planned delivery did not arrive and then there was no communication from the courier other than to say my parcel was delayed.
I contacted Grape Tree Customer Services and have to say they were brilliant. Having checked details on their system the Customer Service’s lady reassured me that a new order would go through immediately and a new courier would deliver the goods.
I was most impressed that my
parcel arrived by 12 noon the following day. A very efficient service once they were aware of the problems delivering.
I shall definitely be ordering more from Grape Tree. 😊
