I ordered several items which came in individual parcels mostly, but still free delivery. Tracking was good, the parcels arrived promptly, and the products are good value for the money.

Have been a customer 30 plus years. Last week I was in a position to pay off most of my bnpl. I sent them over 2k. They put £900 of it against one bnpl and denied getting the rest of the money, despite it all leaving my bank account in one lump sum. Bank says they have it. The customer "service" agent didn't give a toss, refusing to accept if they had £900,they must have had it all as it was in a lump sum. I am left to prove they have it and a bank dispute coming up. Worse is even if I get the money back I've no way of guaranteeing this doesn't happen again.

Been with Grattan for years, ordering was easy as per usual. I would've preferred the 3 items to arrive together instead of various days apart to prevent staying in. Still awaiting one. All things are good but you could pull back with the emails, I receive one sometimes two per day! I would prefer an occasional one and don't wish to snooze. Other than this all ok.

I ordered perfume and received a hat! Package was received on Saturday The delivery/invoice note within the package was for the perfume. I rang customer services to advise. I was told my order for perfume was due for despatch on Monday. It has not been received and payment for the full amount has been taken from my account. I will never use this company again

Goods always good quality and reasonably priced.
Usually delivered on time and returns easy.

Grattan is a great place to shop from clothing, footwear household things at great prices and different delivery options would recommend to customers

The item was delivered to the incorrect property - i was very lucky that the person it was incorrectly delivered to brought it to my house - it wasnt even delivery close by it was almost a mile away and was just left in the persons front garden.

The product I ordered was delivered very quickly and safely.We have bought from Grattan many times have never had a problems.

Ordering online is easy. Usually find what I am looking for. The last couple of times I have ordered the delivery time has been longer than usual.

Brought to cooker from them on the 22nd of November 2025 was delivered on the second of the 12th of 2025 it actually blew up in my kitchen on the 15th of the first of 2026 less than two months a month and a half at most I phoned them up to let them know and all I got back was I'm sorry you not got enough credit to buy another cooker I think it's very disgusting then been late payment fee cooker that actually went back before payment was due in January

I’ve shopped with Grattan since 1982 and have always been pleased with the quality variety and value of products on offer.
Unfortunately the delivery company Evri they use are appalling! Parcels being delivered to the wrong address and never delivered on the day or time allocated. I understand at times there are circumstances where the drivers could be held up but parcels should still arrive on the day stated!

Been a customer for years, and my mum was too when I was growing up. Ordering online is easy & orders always arrive with next to non or no issues. Everything I do with them is online now, very rarely need to speak to anyone. The only thing I would say is that I don't know if what I see online is targeted at my age range, because sometimes I think its showing me things it thinks I might like, when I don't like a lot of them. I can search for brands on there, which don't come up in my feed. Obviously I have no idea if this is what is happening. Otherwise, a great retailer, that helps me spread the cost of purchases & nails it.

I ordered a tumble dryer on Tuesday evening and it was delivered on Friday morning the delivery men left me tracking details where they were all morning and rang me 15 minutes before delivery, very helpful. The tumble dryer was just what I wanted at a very competitive price. Thank you.

I’ve used this catalogue for years and am really happy. There have been times when products have seemed overpriced but I’ve noticed lately there are lots more offers; nearly every week I get emails saying 25% off or £20 off when you spend £60. So some bargains to be had.
