Car was collected by very polite man. Was updated on the process through out the whole time by Ash and his Team. Informed when car was on its way being returned. Absolute first class service. I wouldn’t have my car go anywhere else than Great Coates motors. They look after your pride and joy and treat you with respect from start to finish. They take all the worry and pressure away. Great service as always. Service booked for a collect and deliver and everything was spot on. Car collected when they said and dropped off early as requested due to an important commitment in the afternoon. Cleaned inside and out with complimentary air freshener and key ring. Highly recommend for all types of repairs and servicing.

I phoned this company this morning for a quote on a engine refurb. The guy said he would get a price and phone me back within the hour. 5 hours later nothing. I phoned them again and explained this. The joker on the other end asked me 5 times to repeat the reg number. He obviously wasn't listening. He got quite irate when I told him I had already done this 5 hours ago. He said "find somebody else to do it" and put the phone down on me. I can't comment on their quality of work, only their attitude which stinks.

We have been using Great Coates Motors for some time for older cars and new. We are always happy with the service they provide. From the point of booking in, to car collection and best of all the standard of mechanical engineering - all fantastic work carried out by professional people who care about their customers. Today Ash really has gone above and beyond to sort out my car! Five star service again. Thanks everyone at Great Coates Motors.

Great coates motors were the only garage that would come out to my partner and his friend when they broke down on a Saturday morning. The problem was a wheel nut that had jammed. The 3 staff went above and beyond and very professional. My daughters have both bought cars from them and their service is second to none.

Great service, I was worried at 1st as my husband bought a van and paid for it before we even received it, I can tell you, there really is no need to worry, Graham was so understanding and put at ease, we part exchanged our old van in and bought a new one, because of the ULEZ Emissions, I can honestly say you are in good hands with this garage, highly recommended
