Great product and it was delivered on time as stated. I was kept up to date with divery schedule. Would not hesitate to use again.

Ordered the wrong size wellies, I informed almost straight away and no one got back to me until after they were dispatched. It was such an ordeal to return them. I had to request a refund online, wait for it to be approved, print out a piece of paper, like most people, I don’t have a printer, then send them back myself which cost over £5.. barely worth it, which I’d imagine is purposeful. Wouldn’t use again.

First order with them and all done very promptly and products arrived ahead of indicated time which was very good. All as described and at a good price too.

I have used them 3 times. Always fast and the products have just been exactly what I wanted. This was a bistro set where I had set up an email alert. The set was delivered 3 days after they notified me it was back in stock fab !

What an absolute joke this company is!
One month later and I still don’t have what I ordered. Twice they claim they tried to deliver and both times someone was home and they never showed.
I would definitely NOT recommend buying anything from here as there delivery service is the worst I’ve ever came across.

Bought "Ultralight packaway chair" largely because it is clearly advertised as being "1kg - as light as a bag of sugar". However, it is NOT, and is in fact 1.45kg - and clearly stated as such on the packaging!!! I complained, was given a token £3 refund, but was told that the description would be amended - it has NOT been!! Disgusting that Garden Mall should mis-represent a product like this - and then not correct the problem. I will never use them again. Be warned.

Can’t fault the service, quick delivery and good quality awning. Very easy to install with good quality fixings included. There are cheaper non branded ones out there but I would recommend these, as they feel they are built to last.
