I bought a pair of Hoka Anapacas for a hiking trip, and when I needed to return them due to a fault, the process was smooth and efficient, despite no longer living in Dublin. The return was handled graciously over email. I've also experienced quick delivery, receiving an item almost 24 hours after ordering. The staff are always ready to assist with choosing the right products and resolving any issues, like when I combined a voucher and credit card for my purchase. Overall, their customer service is remarkable. I'll definitely be shopping with Great Outdoors again and highly recommend them to others.
