I've had the pleasure of booking with Great Pacific Travels Australia multiple times, and each experience has been consistently outstanding. Their team offers exceptional personalised service, going above and beyond to tailor travel packages to my needs.
What truly sets them apart is their attention to detail and responsiveness—making the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and customised travel solutions.
Looking forward to planning my next trip with them!
We had a great holiday, everything went as planned and the booking experience was seamless. Would have no hesitations using Great Pacific Travels again - highly recommended.
IF YOU’RE THINKING OF USING THEM I SUGGEST YOU RUN
If you could rate them a negative star that’s exactly what they would be worth
Booked a holiday, had to cancel, never received refund, endless phone calls and emails and lies
I think they do this intentionally knowing they will eventually wear you down and you give up!!!
My suggestion is to not use this company. We have waited for almost 7 months for our refund. We were told 12-16 weeks to get our refund after constantly emailing or ringing them. That was 18 weeks ago. We travelled in a group and both parties have received no airline refund due yet GPT have received the $ of airline refund. There are much better travel agents out there.
Promised refund, then ignored.
Great Pacific Travels (AUS) confirmed I was due a refund and has since ignored all my emails. I've been dealing with TEAM LEADER MONTY.
After being told that the "accounts" team was on the job Monty totally stopped replying to my emails. Pathetic way to treat a customer that spent close to $2000.
