Birthday cake is my hands down my favourite grenade flavor. Tastes just as good as a chocolate bar and is my go to when I have a sugar craving. You can’t beat the macro breakdown either.

So tasty. Not too chalky. You can tell its a protein bar but its not powdery like some are. They actually taste like the flavours on the packaging and are filling without the guilt. Can't fault them.

The taste of the birthday cake flavour bars is really accurate to birthday cake, and the bar is covered in multi coloured sprinkles and has tiny chunks of 'cake' throughout. However the actual protein part of the bar is quite dense, and the sprinkles are really hard. Overall I do like the flavour - it's my favourite after going through a selection box, but I would only buy them on offer, as they are quite expensive otherwise.
