Very bad experience!

I ordered almost a month ago but I have not received my order until now! Their customer support is bad. They are not proactive and never follow up on orders. I will never order from them again.

They don't list negative reviews on their product web site. I left three reviews for three products, and only the 5 stars showed up. The one star, which simply said "the product doesn't work for me" with nothing inflammatory or untrue, did not get published. This explains why EVERY SINGLE PRODUCT they sell has 4 or 5 star ratings. This is deceptive and dishonorable.

Love the quality and shave is easy and close. I was taken back by the stem being short. I have used shavers like this for years. Understanding things change. I am sure I can adapt.

Honestly even though my order wasn’t shipped as punctually as promised, the customer service was superb, and they even threw in a few samples, which is really awesome, and not something I can say about a lot of companies.

Great products, fast delivery. The only critique would be that I wish the “best scent ever” body wash was a little bigger than the shampoo and conditioner bottles because I use body was daily and the others about twice a week. I’m assuming I’ll run out of the body wash well before the other products. Other than that love the smell and quality of all the products.

Great way to get your shaving supplies and cost effective too!
