Groves Batteries Ltd Avaliações

Recently had to replace the battery on my motorcycle and considered changing to Li-on, investigating on the interweb fell foul of the myriad of potential pitfalls; not least of all the potential for "branded" fakes. Discovered Groves after a trawl for a specific brand and called the company (no hiding behind an internet persona for Groves), I had the pleasure of speaking to Chris who was very personable and knowledgeable and I was able to discuss my requirements and potential issues with changing from a lead acid to Li-on battery. A few days later the item arrived, was fitted to the bike and hey presto, away we went. I would not hesitate to use Groves again.

Extremely well secured and packaged car battery.

No problems.

bike battery arrived on time, acid already installed due to the new requirements.

Batteries required weren't actually held in stock but very helpful in arranging prompt delivery direct from supplier.

A great big thank you to the guys at Groves Batteries.
Even though I was a little late in placing my order these guys got it delivered via UPS the next day by midday even!

Great service

I put a order in for my battery and it was there the next day I was very impressed with the service highly recommended thank you

Excellent speed of delivery and well packaged.

Great prices and helpful staff. Will definitely use them again

Great service, a really good product (from a limited time experience) and good delivery time. Price of product seemed average; quality and longevity of product - will report in 4 years time!

Excellent to deal with. Made a mistake with my credit card which they phoned up about and sorted it out with my wife.

Still to test the product.

Have bought from these guys before, both times battery was in stock and ready for pick up. Easy and fast customer service which always make the annoyance of a dead battery easy to get over. Would highly recommend to everyone

Brilliant battery and fast delivery thanks.

Excellent Bought the wrong battery and it was exchanged without any fuss excellent service

I strongly recommend

New battery ordered online and collected very quickly. I had issues starting the car a few weeks later and assumed it was due to the battery dying. A member of the team tested the battery and charging system and confirmed all was OK and then asked to hear the car turning over before announcing that the starter motor was too sluggish. New starter installed and all is well - so many thanks for your service and experience!

Groves Batteries made certain that the battery we selected was ideal for our car. They had it delivered in perfect time! Thank you :-)
