Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I've had several questions that were all answered quickly and comprehensively through email.
My first order needed amending due to an oversight on my part and this was no hassle at all for them.
The product i ordered, the For Twenty 100 grow tent package was very easy to assemble following a video guide that The Grow Shop had on Youtube.
There was a slight mix up on the order which they informed me of immediately and rectified the problem swiftly and when my order arrived they had included a couple of free products worth 140 euros!!
All in all a great company to deal with!!
