Selling product with delivery but not shipping it
On their website they sell product with shipment. After ordering it they cancel order because "we can't ship it because the product is to expensive". So they just freezed my money for a days...

Case for OnePlus 15, Techsuit, Carbon Shield Pro, Black
I bought a Techsuit Carbon Shield Pro (Black) case for my new OnePlus 15. It arrived on time as expected. Even though it's just a phone case, it was very well packed, sturdy enough that it won't get damaged even if someone presses on the package. The packaging was excellent. The case itself is very strong, exactly what I was looking for! I'm really happy with the purchase!

This company is in Romania, which is not indicated on their website. It looks like a Dutch company. I ordered a phone case for my Redmi Note 15: it didn't fit properly. I informed GSMnet and they just said that I could have ordered the wrong case. Returning was denied.

Buna ziua, mulțumim pentru feedback si ne pare rau pentru neplacerile intampinate!
Comenzile plasate joi sunt procesate vineri, iar sâmbătă și duminică nu se lucrează, motiv pentru care livrarea a fost posibilă luni. Chiar dacă livrarea este din Constanța, în Constanța, curierii respectă același program standard.
Apreciem răbdarea și promitem că facem tot posibilul să livrăm cât mai rapid de fiecare dată. De asemnea se poate ridica comanda in aceeasi zi de la FanBox-ul de pe Strada Margaretei, langa sediul GSMnet, serviciu disponibil exclusiv pentru clientii din Constanta.

J'ai eu un souci avec la batterie reçue et le SAV à fait le nécessaire. Je suis ravis par leur service.

partial refund on damaged item
I Ordered pair of ceramic scissors which came damaged.
After sending a mail about it and asking for procedure I was refunded but only the item and not the shipping cost.
After pointing this out they replied that I requested refund and this is what they did.
I asked what procedure was and they decided to refund me, I would much rather get replacement then refund.
I don't have to pay for shipping of a damaged item!!
After writing last time to them with this argument I did not get reaction anymore!

DE EVITAT ... IN UN SITE DE TEPARII
Una comanzii , alta primesti . Am comandat un incarcator 68 W ptr Motorola si am primit unul de 45 W si arata de parca la cumparat din Turcia. Si nu imi raspunde nimeni la telefoane. Inca un motiv in plus sa command numai dupa Emag si Amazon. O mizerie ce nu merita nici macar 1 stea.

Serviciul Relatii clienti cu nr. tel - 0241.48.00.88 este disponibil de luni pana vineri in intervalul 10.00-18.00. Daca ați sunat în afara acestui interval, colegii noștri nu v-au putut ajuta. De asemenea puteți accesa serviciul de Retur din contul dumneavoastra de client sectiunea Retururi si Garantii si colegii nostri vor remedia problema in cel mai scurt timp posibil.
