Wanted another product, which turned out to be out of stock, no problems with refund and made a further purchase due to continued good customer service, allied with great products and good prices!

I recently bought a Squale watch from Guru Watches.

Nial was very helpful from our first call.

He also kept me informed of the shipping situation throughout the process and I cannot fault the service provided.

I wanted a blasted steel bracelet for my Squale 1521 although they are popular and sometimes difficult to get hold of. Nial managed to obtain within two weeks from Squale even though he was out of stock when I initially ordered. The bracelet is fantastic and it’s hard to believe it’s taken Squale 50 years to design one for the 1521. I will shop at Guru Watches again recommended 👍

I placed an order for a watch I had an eye on for a while which was on offer. There was a hiccup along the way but the owner was extremely helpful, offering advice and solutions resulting in a very happy customer. Very good customer service experience!
