The engineer who came out to clear my gutters was a friendly and very professional man.
He contacted me to let me know he was on his way and how long it would take him to arrive.
It is refreshing to have a tradesman who gives a genuine and honest appraisal of what needed to be done instead of just clearing all the gutters regardless!
He cleared what he assessed was necessary. He explained all the reasoning behind that decision and performed the task thoroughly. He cleaned up afterwards and cleared away the debris.
I am very happy with his work and his manner.
Not a bad start to the week!!!
I would recommend them for sure.

Was quoted £150 to clean out my gutters. One man arrived but decided quote was too small. Changed quote to £500 so I cancelled!

Blocked gutters
My gutters were full of leaves causing rain Walter to leak out on to my garage roof creating lots of noise.. I contacted gutter guys as a neighbour had recommended them after they also had some gutter problems fixed by the same company. My gutters are now clean and working correctly. The job was done in very good time with no mess and no fuss and for a fair price. I will definitely use them in the future. Many thanks

I have used this company before
I have used this company before. David was very helpful & explained everything that he needed to do also he left no mess. He also answered my questions regarding the gutters although it was not for the work to be done on the day. I will certainly use the company again as from the first call until the work was completed I had no problems. Thanks to all at Gutter specialists.

So pleased I hired The Gutter Guys
So pleased I hired The Gutter Guys. From the surveyor who was professional and informative and came out to price a leaking gutter to a prompt repair date the next week. Caitlin from admin was very thorough and kept me informed every step of the way to Dale the gutter repair man who explained all that was happening and even did a water test for me to witness. Excellent, polite, professional and I would definitely use their services should I need anything new.

Don’t waste your time
This company wasted my time. I called about gutter repairs in Wakefield as the website refers to same day service. I was offered an appointment a week in advance & when I said this was too late, was told they would come on Monday, 5 days away. I agreed to this. On Monday they called to reschedule to Thursday & then didn’t turn up or call on Thursday.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a problem with my gutters, contacted them via the web. I was contacted by the administrator straight away (thank you Caitlin). I was given a date. The specialist arrived this morning, he was punctual, polite and professional. He listened to what I had to tell him, checked out my gutters and then explained what he was going to do. He got straight on with it and finished the job quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys. Thank you for providing an excellent service.

A waste of time
Never bothered showing up, nor let me know they wouldn’t be coming. You need to keep a whole day free as the engineer is meant to phone in the morning of the day they’ll be coming to let you know what time they’ll be with you. They were meant to be calling me between 8-9am but I didn’t hear from them. I contacted Gutter Guys to find out what was happening, and was told the engineer was ill and wouldn’t be coming. They then booked me in for another day. Again, I was meant to be called between 8 and 9am to be told what time they’d be with me. And again, I heard nothing at all. Really unprofessional to not even let you know they can’t keep your appointment. Certainly would not try and use again. Just a waste of time.

Excellent Service for a Fair Price
I am very happy with the service I received. We had some rendering done on our chimney by another company last year who didn't clean up properly after they had finished. Some time later we noticed that the gutters weren't draining properly, causing over spill and potential damp. I called Gutter Guys who arranged an engineer to come out next day. The engineer, Dave was very thorough. He noticed that some of the rendering had blocked the T-junction leading to the down pipe and suggested replacing the part which he did quickly and for a fair price. This fixed the problem.
He also took the time to show me pictures of the work and explain what he had done.
Overall I am very happy with the service and work carried out and thought the price was reasonable. If we need any work done in future I will be sure to call Gutter Guys
