Having received the order I opened it…
Having received the order I opened it to find there was a part missing. I contacted Haibak to explain the issue and their initial reply was speedy and they promised to fix the problem. I have not received a replacement and have since purchased the product elsewhere. Money wasted. I will not use this company again.

I never got my order refunded
I never got my order refunded, or shipped a new one to me, because it came in broken. After sending out multiple emails, and going back-and-forth with customer service.
