Ordered 4 items, came to around £65. Should have read the reviews first before jumping in.
Clothing arrived and they were not as advertised in both size and material. Emailed requesting return details, they asked for photos which was easy enough then tried to settle by asking me to keep the clothes and refunding me 30%, not a chance. They have also said the return is New York in the states when they clearly came from China, another way of trying to put the customer off. I declined and asked for the shipping address for the returns. I know it's going to cost me, but when they offer less than £20 as a return, that's an insult. Luckily I paid by PayPal and not by card

Would put 0 stars if I could. This place is a complete SCAM. ordered from them and shortly after, 6k gone from our account! Luckily was able to dispute it and get the money back. This place is a SCAM!!

Not a scam
I ordered 2 pairs of shorts. The tracking didn't work, and I got sketched out. They responded to my support request very quickly with a tracking update. I got the shorts a couple days later.

This site is a scam Chinese store that steals designs and posts them on horrible mockups. Just look up their site name and “scam” and you will find stuff on them. Look at Whois too - that will tell you that it is a scam site. Looks like they post IG and FB ads all over the world.

Very low quality merchendise.
I got my jumper after 3 weeks, and I have never seen a piece of clothing as bad as this one. It is very poor quality, 100% polyester. I will never buy it again.

Great customer service, false advertising.
Great customer service.
I realized later I put the wrong address and within 24 hours or emailing, they said they would correct it and not to worry. I did receive my order!
Unfortunately the clothing in the pictures is not exactly what I received. They advertise a cotton blend, but the two sweaters I received were 100% polyester.
The colors of both sweaters were slightly different from the pictures, and there's marks and stains and color leeching on both sweaters..
I would not have bought them knowing they were such expensive, low quality clothing.
