Had my new door fitted today. Absolutely love it. Looks great and feels so much more secure. Would definitely recommend one of these. It's like a Fortress!

Have just been contacted by Hallmark to say our door has been messed up for the third time!
First after 10 days we were told they had no slab
Second 2 days before delivery we’re told it had been cut incorrectly
Third we were expecting it tomorrow & have been told they have failed again!
Another 10 working days - if they don’t mess up again!
Appalling & so disappointing.
Our contractor is livid. This is costing us as build is held up.
Come on Hallmark! Very poor show!

**So….update… still no door even though it was “ promised “ by end of week & it’s now Saturday!
Hallmarks response to this review is lacking many of the failings that their order & production process has bought to light. Marketing & customer service blindly promise what cannot be delivered…… **

It arrived 20th!! Beautiful door & panel so increasing my rating. Such a shame the production process made so many errors but they got there!! 🥰

Delighted with the new door and excellent installation and fitting from Andy King at Holmer Green Double Glazing Ltd.

I just moved into a house, the old owner had replaced the front door due to damage from a tenant they'd had.
Door looks lovely from outside but you get in and it's old trim with silicone sealant blobbed in a (I think hole) just not a good impression when I go to open/lock up

My apologies to Hallmark, door does look lovely as I said, shame on the installation team for not doing your door justice.

The front door is very good quality,I am very pleased with it.

Just had a Hallmark door fitted as part of replacing the windows and doors to my home. The company I used recommended the door. I was surprised how heavy the door felt when opening and closing. Hopefully I will see the benefit of the door during the coming winter.

Great door. Opens and closes as required, can also be locked!

Quality of the door is excellent. The exterior finish which is black is superb. Door seals on the door have removed drafts we used to get. Good value and looks great.
