Nice quality doors

After previous issues from another window/ door company i decided to go to Torfaen glazing. Hallmark doors are the company they use for doors. The door i ordered was a good quality door and the door was installed to high standards. I would definately recommend to others.

My door was fitted by my local company but I’m so happy with the new door, quality is excellent and looks amazing.

Very poor quality my fitter/ suppler Stewart recommended that hallmark would be the best door supplier so I agreed and chose a green front door and a white door for the back with squares on the glass.
Well the front door had marks and chips on them of which Stewart had touch up paint that lucky enough corrected this, black tape was showing around the edge surrounding the glass it just looked very shabby.
As for the back door the inside and outside squares just didn’t line up looking through the glass you can clearly see the inner edge of the opposite plastic square and this is more evident due to all the black marks showing behind the glazing.
Stewart has forwarded me an email he had sent requesting for a fully glazed replacement so it can be swapped over something I have stated I want it’s a new door I wish for a new replacement, Stewart received a response of which he has passed on to me of which is a disappointment from a company that states it’s number 1 but doesn’t back up the companies that buy from them I am not satisfied with what’s on offer and so I will be looking at speaking to trading standards regarding the quality of the doors, a real shame Stewart’s install was brilliant clean and finished beautiful product has certainly let his installation down and looking at past history on here it would seem you have let other installers down too.

Good, solid, very secure, well-built external door with excellent draught proofing, that looks attractive and is sensibly priced.

I was referred to an approved local installer, Owen Conservatories in Selsey, whose quote included a new Hallmark front door. Deposit paid and several months later the order was cancelled for no valid reason causing considerable inconvenience and time wasted. Now they suggest I am lying since their installer never actually ordered the door despite my deposit being paid. No misunderstanding just poor service.

My door fitter adjusted my door but lost my door hinge caps. Gavin in the Customer Service Team very kindly agreed to post out replacements free of charge.

I have a Hallmark composite front door installed by a reputable company. When the weather is windy and blowing in the direction of my front door the wind blows through metal door latch mechanisms. In the winter I have to stop the draught by filling gaps with tissue. The door has been installed properly checked again by the installer and Hallmark take no responsibility for the design. Composite doors should be airtight. Doors are not cheap. How do I get this problem fixed please?
