No regard for people! AVOID
Completely shameless agents using shady and unfair tactics to get business and will then throw you aside when it doesn’t serve them. They are not to be trusted, they make false statements with no regard for your time and money. I wasted a ton of money based on relying on their word, which turned out to be a blatant lie to my face. Complete time wasters, do not trust them with your business. I will be avoiding them like the plague!!

Thank you for your review.
We’re sorry to read your comments, however we feel it’s important to clarify the situation.
At the point of your initial enquiry, you were advised that our referencing provider requires a minimum of two years’ self-employed history. You confirmed at that time that you did not meet this criteria, but still wished to proceed with a viewing and subsequent application.
Once you applied, knowing that your references would not pass, the Landlord decided to decline your application.
At no point were any false statements made, and the outcome was consistent with the information provided to you in advance.

The initial communication was uncomplicated and made what was a difficult time much easier as it was handled with empathy and consideration.
