I love getting gold cap milk delivered to my door again and even though we have a ring video doorbell the milkman seems to be some sort of ninja and like Christmas morning as a kid the milk is magically on the step the next morning with no notification anyone had delivered it.

Difficult to change addresswith many sites these days the…
As with many sites these days the chatbot was a waste of time. No apparent phone number on the website, one more wage packet saved I guess.
Website said didn't deliver to my new address, which is literally 300 yards round the corner from the old one.
Eventually got through to an email address. Not what would call customer service but this seems to be the norm these days.

Regarding your address, that does sound unusual, especially given the proximity to your previous one. This may have been a system or mapping limitation, and we’d be more than happy to review that for you if you’d like us to take another look.

Hanover dairies just make life simpler…
Hanover dairies just make life that little bit easier by not having to lug large bottles of milk from the supermarket. It’s easy to go online and change orders, or cancel deliveries if you’re on holiday. I like having glass bottles and not going down the plastic route!
