It’s a great product IF you can use all the settings. I used to love the bed/app and the ways I was able to adjust settings and track my baby’s sleep. However, one day I updated the app and now I must... Ver mais

Baby Company wants newly grieving mother to return bassinet.
Baby crib company HAPPIEST BABY, does not care about its customers. They had sent a new mom a crib to do content to promote their business. Unfortunately and unexpectedly this mom’s baby passed away. Guess what Happist Baby did not even a week later? They told the new grieving mother to return crib since she can’t make content. How evil 😡
HARASSING GRIEVING MOTHER
THEY ASKED A GRIEVING MOTHER WHOS BABY JUST DIED TO SEND BACK!!! THE BASSINET. DO ,not!!!! BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY . THEY SEE YOU AND YOUR BABY AS A CASHMAKER NOT AS A HUMAN BEING
asked a grieving mother to return the…
asked a grieving mother to return the bassinet after baby was stillborn. Never buy from them
Greedy scammers
After spending $1,500 on a bassinet, I was shocked to discover that it requires a $20 monthly subscription to function properly—something that isn’t made clear until you start using it. This feels like a sneaky way to squeeze more money out of customers. Extremely disappointing. I’m returning the SNOO and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Used it for our daughters
We used the Snoo for both of our daughters - a lifesaver!!
I will never buy from them again
I will never buy from them again. I paid $1600 for a bassinet which is now unusable unless I pay them a monthly subscription for access to an app that was free at the time of purchase. Happiest baby is clearly a greedy company that doesn’t care about its customers.
False Advertising of “End of Year Sale”
The Snoo is already way overpriced but I was willing to spend the money on it for a better nights sleep. I waited till the “end of year” 30% off sale and tried ordering it the morning of December 28th. And bam, no longer valid. I contacted Happiest Baby and they gave me no options other than an apology. The thing is, you can find Snoo’s second hand for dirt cheap and they get passed around like candy nowadays. I was trying to do the right thing and purchase it directly from the company to support them. But seeing as they falsely advertised their “end of year sale” it has changed my mind about the integrity of this company. My advice is to buy one from a friend or on marketplace instead, they typically go for under $450. Keep in mind you’ll still have to pay the new $25 a month subscription fee.
Scummy Evil Company
The snoo used to be a great product but the company has become straight up evil. They’re putting more and more hardware features behind a paywall and it is just a matter of time before you have to pay $1500 and also $20 monthly to have a functional bassinet. Really scummy tactics from a terribly unethical company.
Adding a paywall to access features…
Adding a paywall to access features that were included and built into the $1500 price when the product was purchased should be illegal. I see a class action in this companies future. The Snoo will continue to rock harder and harder when my son cries to the point where it seems like he’s crying because he’s being shaked by the Snoo so hard. Snoo now wants to charge me $20 a month to “lock” the rocking on a moderate level. So my choice is pay $20 a month after the $1500 purchase cost, let it shake my son very hard, or just turn it off completely.
Predatory business practices
We purchased our SNOO secondhand prior to the birth of our baby. Before our baby was born, SNOO locked features available on our device behind a subscription model paywall. Whether this is legal or not is a concern to me, but also this bait and switch is obviously a corporate money grab that takes advantage of new parents. I am happy with the SNOO product, but I will 100% recommend a competing product over the SNOO because of how disappointing this was for us as first time SNOO users who were blind sighted by a fee after doing research on what item might give our family the most value. A physical item costing over a thousand dollars should not have basic features locked. I would love to sing SNOOs praises (as it works incredibly well for our daughter) but this unexpected subscription during a time when many are not working to care for a new baby is just gross.
Shameful price-gauging
Shameful price-gauging! Shame on them for treating new parents who have already spent a fortune in their products this way.
DO NOT BUY. IT IS A SCAM.
Invest in a Mamaroo cot or anything else but do not buy this product and warn all your pregnant friends too!
So dumb that they charge a TON then…
So dumb that they charge a TON then they also now make you pay for a subscrption
Buy Cradlewise instead
As a long-time customer of Happiest Baby, I am deeply disappointed with the direction the company has taken with its recent changes. The forced shift to premium subscriptions has been nothing short of frustrating. Features that were once part of the standard package are now locked behind an additional paywall, significantly reducing the functionality of the products I've already invested in.
It's disheartening to see a company that prides itself on supporting parents choose to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. The decision to disable previously available functions unless we subscribe to a costly premium service feels like a blatant cash grab. This move not only undermines the trust we've placed in Happiest Baby but also imposes unnecessary financial strain on families.
I urge Happiest Baby to reconsider this approach and restore the value and functionality of their products without forcing customers into premium subscriptions. Until then, I cannot recommend their products to other parents.
Put key features of their expensive…
Put key features of their expensive bassinet behind a subscription after purchase.
I purchased my bassinet second hand expecting to get access to all the advertised features.
I then spent hundreds with snoo purchasing accessories and other items from their online store.
If I had known about the incoming paywall subscription I would have taken my business elsewhere and neither purchased the bassinet nor the many items from their online store. Short sighted anti customer, anti parent move by happiest baby
Scam company.
Disappointing Service
We’ve been loving our Snoo (despite a difficult setup). They’ve now introduced a subscription model to access the majority of the features we thought we’d bought with the Snoo.
Customer Services are interested in how this affects families or how the future resale value.
The main thing that’s got me is that they’ve out the ‘weaning’ feature behind a paywall now, meaning if you don’t pay you’re going to be stuffed trying to get your baby from the snoo to the crib!
What was once useful is now not thanks to hefty monthly subscription
The SNOO Smart Cot, despite its initial allure, has proven now to be a significant disappointment and not worth its outrageously high price. While it promises to offer a plethora of smart features to help soothe your baby, many of these features are now locked behind a subscription paywall, costing an additional £15 per month.
This move to a subscription model is particularly frustrating, as it effectively strips away key functionalities that were major selling points leaving you with what is essentially a glorified bassinet. Parents who have already invested heavily in the cot (even secondhand) are now forced to pay even more to access features they believed were included. This is nothing short of a cash grab and feels incredibly unfair and exploits the vulnerability of sleep deprived parents.
Additionally, the app itself is clunky and not user-friendly, making the overall experience even more frustrating. For the exorbitant price, one would expect a seamless integration and easy access to all advertised features without additional costs. Unfortunately, the SNOO fails to deliver on this front.
In summary, the SNOO Smart Cot is not worth the hefty investment. The additional subscription fee for essential features is a slap in the face to customers. Save your money and look for more reasonably priced alternatives that offer transparent pricing and reliable functionality.
Ok product but they price gauge their users
We have a SNOO sleeper bed, which retails for £1,395. It's expensive, but until now it's been a pretty good product which our baby seems to enjoy, although he also sleeps fine in other beds, so at this point we consider this a bit of a luxury. Since they are very expensive to buy and can only be used for up to 6 months (or until the baby can roll over), we decided to rent ours.
All was going fine in the first 2 months, then Happiest Baby (makers of SNOO) decided to start charging £15 PER MONTH for the app which is required to control the bed. Some of the features are available in a free version, however other are not.
For example the "weaning mode" which can be used to wean your baby OFF the SNOO movements is NOT included in the free version. So, you can choose to pay £15 per month to wean your baby, or let them scream out cold turkey all night when it is time to move onto another bed.
Overall the product is OK but I don't think it's worth almost £1,400, and it's certainly not worth an additional £15 a month on top of that. Overall a very greedy company who engage in price gauging their users.
Unhappiest customers
Avoid this company, their only concern is to maximize profit at the expense of the wellbeing of you and your family. We were not fully refunded from a cancelled order and instead charged a restocking fee of $199. The product was never shipped. We made the cancellation within days of the purchase and the ship date wasn't for a month out. We only cancelled the order to purchase a refurbished Snoo from them and to save a little money. Their customer service was dismissive and added stress to us and my wife who is in the third trimester of a high risk pregnancy. Even more ridiculous, our cancelled order was for a new Snoo on sale for hundreds of dollars less than usual so they will get to turn around and resell it and make even more money on top of charging us a frivolous fee.
