Just tried to place an order from your website that says you're open at 8:00 but when you go to add food to the cart and check out it says the store doesn't open till 8:00 so I go to punch in and order and punch it in for 8:30 thinking they would still process it you can't even get the order process till 8:30 when the time says what's truly sucks so I just wasted my morning trying to get some breakfast and it sucks that none of this was done because your website was screwed up and the other sad part about it is that nobody could process the order which makes no sense at all and there was a good offer involved if you can only get when you redeem it through the app or on the website it just sucks it's too early in the morning for this shit Hardee's fix your website fix something

It's the first time I've been back to the Hardee's in Pekin, Illinois, for a while, but I had a gift card balance that I wanted to use. I was already aware that the group of gentlemen I used to see in there every single morning was now meeting at McDonald's, but I didn't know why. However, I soon found out. I ordered a chicken filet biscuit and a senior coffee--but changed the drink to water when I found that a senior coffee had gone from something like $1.09 (from what I can remember) to $2.11! How about a Coke? Same price! (And a regular coffee in a smaller cup is now $2.69!) No wonder those gentlemen deserted Hardee's! Anyway, when I opened the chicken biscuit, I was shocked to see that the biscuit was falling apart. Nevermind, I could handle that. But the chicken filet was so salty that I couldn't finish it. No, I didn't take it back up to the counter; I just wrapped it up and set it aside, very disappointed. However, when I left Hardee's, I went to McDonald's and got a senior Coke, to quench my thirst, for 78 cents. I'm thankful that my Hardee's gift card balance is depleted.

For the last 20 years I’ve had good service at the 300 McFarland avenue store today we went through the drive through the cashier only got part of the order and refused to put what she missed on the order at the window and argued with us and was very hateful this has changed my mind from using this hardies I drove out of my way to go where I had gotten good service in the past

Ordered a number two with no tomato with a large drink I didn't want a large fry regular size fry didn't get my fry paid over $11 then had to pay another $4 for a large fry and I just wanted a small fry customer service is ridiculous here

first i was the regular customer of hardees but Ever since they raised the prices, it's been hard for me to order." I order 2 crispy sandwich and 2 grilled burgers it tell me 2700 somthing and it's too much because i don't have enough money if some people are agree with my massage so here add your honest review and i also request from hardees to take back your previous prices because these prices are giving you loss as i am your regular customer but i left your food since you have high your prices so i request you and please send this my massage to your owner or manager

Ordered their Santa Fe burger but the quality is as terrible dry as hell just 2 chicken cube in it no sauces and veggies and the other burger the chicken was hard and not fresh it was clearly a reheated chicken the quality overall was terrible…

I am writing this review from the absolute rock bottom of my existence. I did not know it was possible for a single fast-food establishment to actively dismantle a human being's entire life, but Hardee’s managed to do it in under ten minutes. What was supposed to be a routine Tuesday lunch turned into an existential tragedy, a culinary war crime, and the definitive turning point where my happiness was permanently revoked.
Part I: The Drive-Thru of Despair
The descent into darkness began at the speaker box. The static-heavy voice on the other end sounded less like an employee taking an order and more like a ghost warning me to turn back before it was too late. I should have listened. Instead, I ordered. When I reached the window, I was handed a brown paper bag that was already structurally compromised. It was entirely translucent. The sheer volume of industrial-grade grease leaking through the paper had turned the bottom of the bag into a wet, heavy sludge. It instantly left a permanent, dark oil stain on my passenger seat—a fitting preview of the permanent stain Hardee's was about to leave on my soul.
Part II: The Anatomy of a Culinary Disaster
I pulled into a parking spot, full of naive hope, and unwrapped what I can only describe as a monument to human regret.

The Bun: This was not bread. This was a damp, weeping foam sponge that had completely collapsed under the weight of its own misery. It was sticky to the touch and immediately fused itself to my fingers like industrial adhesive.
The Patty: The meat was a horrifying shade of volcanic ash grey. It was completely devoid of salt, pepper, seasoning, or any recognizable culinary love. It managed to be simultaneously lukewarm, rubbery, and mysteriously, drippingly wet. Every bite felt like chewing on a waterlogged shoe tracking through a charcoal pit.
The Condiment Crisis: Someone in that kitchen wields a mayonnaise gun with lethal intent. A violent, lukewarm tidal wave of mayo exploded from the sides upon my first bite, completely obliterating any other flavor profile and dripping onto my favorite shirt.
The Fries: Cold, limp, and entirely hollow. They tasted exclusively of ancient, unfiltered fryer oil that has clearly survived multiple presidential administrations.

Part III: Total Life Ruination
The true horror of Hardee’s does not end when you stop chewing. The real devastation began approximately twenty minutes later. A heavy, concrete-like mass settled into the pit of my stomach, as if I had swallowed a cinder block coated in lard. My energy levels plummeted to absolute zero. I experienced a level of lethargy so profound that I missed a critical afternoon work meeting, resulting in immediate disciplinary action.
The psychological toll has been immeasurable. For the last 48 hours, a chemical, synthetic smoke flavor has been trapped in my throat, refusing to be washed away by water, mouthwash, or prayer. I have lost my appetite. I have lost my productivity. I have lost my will to trust the fast-food industry. Hardee’s did not just cook a bad burger; they cooked away my future, my dignity, and my joy. Eat here only if you wish to watch your entire life crumble into a greasy pile of sorrow. Zero stars.

I got a ham /gravy biscuit platter on Monday morning, May 11th. It only took a minute to place the order. However, the gravy was VERY thin and watery. Not the typical gravy they usually serve. The gravy also had sizable clumps of flour that apparently had not been mixed enough. I showed this to the personnel at the counter and they gave me another cup of gravy. That cup of gravy was gritty. Hardee’s DID NOT get it right this time. I was very disappointed with this visit.

I admit I haven’t been to a Hardee’s after breakfast in a long time but guys this was terrible. I thought I would get an order made burger with real meat. Nope, it was a flat cold hamburger, fries only thing hot. I almost went back in cause I ate in parking lot between jobs and I must say MC Donald’s meat in Hardee’s is terrible plus dead cold but don’t worry I won’t be going back to one anytime soon. Very disappointed . I thought Hardee’s had angus meat made to order, boy was I wrong.

The app never works can't sign in have to change the password ever time and never get point so McDonald's will be my go to no trouble at all with there's. Up yours!

Went to Hardee’s on 41 in front of the Mall. Went through the drive-thru and Treys customer service was outstanding.

Absolutely love this Hardee’s in Crawfordville Florida!! The food was hot, fresh, and made perfectly. The restaurant was spotless, and you can really tell they take pride in keeping everything clean. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again—highly recommend!

Good staff and service

In the past, your food was EXCELLENT I loved it. But my last 3 visits, the food that I ordered online and picked up in your drive-thru, was the worst you ever served me. I get the Original Bag deal.. I know for a FACT that my double cheese burgers were made hrs before. I use to be a cook and those buns were stale and hard just like a bun gets when it's been sitting for a long time , and I mean a very long time. And when I picked it up, they must have thru it in the microwave or tried to heat it some other way BUT they failed. The bun was slightly luke warm, hard and dried out. Both patties were not hot and somewhat cold. And there were onions and pickles stuck to the bun and I also asked for neither. It's as if they make up cheese burgers with everything on them, ahead of time. And I got 2 of the old, dried up burgers that were sitting there, who knows how long. Like I said, the orders from before were so very good. The visit before this one, My roast beef sandwich was terrible and I threw it away. Well, you asked for some feedback and I gave it to you. I now plan on NOT going back to this Hardees and will probably start buying Taco Tuesdays UNLESS you can change my mind and tell me that you will offer me the best made, tasty cheese burgers like you use to have. And bring back the best spicey chicken sandwich ever. But i'm guessing nothing will be done. Hardees HAD the best food and it was worth the wait making it. Will I get a response by email in a form letter or a sincere email telling me that I can go back to Hardees ? Or did I waste my time ? I'm 67 and I miss the made-to-order fast food places. I have a very nice young lady name Briaana .I went to the Hardee 1 in Hopewell Va . She treat me like I was special. Plus I was go to get a small drink but she up sell me to a med drink. She have the great customer service I have seem in a long time. This is come for a women who been in customer service for 46 yrs.

This hardee's location is the absolute worst. If you want your money stolen, whilst being offered cold food and poor customer service, by all means, visit here. The so called ''general manager'' is a woman that has no knowledge of the food service industry, and does not care about customers at all. I would advise and caution anyone reading this, there are a myriad of restaurants to choose from, many with High quality food and actual standards, hardee's is not one of them, Do not waste your money or your time here. I gave them countless opportunities to make this situation right, after countless years of being a patron.
In conclusion, their uneducated so called management staff, and employees do not care, they give off a bad vibe and attitude here, if you hate your job, just quit, do not offer a poor experience for the customer, and put out low quality products.
