Bought a crank assembly for a casement window online from Hardware Source. A week or so later I got a call from them saying the assembly would be a couple weeks late arriving. I received it a few days letter. It was identical to the one I'm replacing. I couldn't believe I received a call rather than an email. Great customer service. I highly recommend them

I had a really hard time finding these hinges to fit my cabinets, and was thrilled when you had them in stock. Shipping was quick too. But unfortunately trying to put these up 5 of the screws have already sheared in the cabinet base despite pre-drilling holes and our project has ground to a halt

Great service and the hinges got here quickly but one was very tight to turn. Like the pin was bent. I installed them because we had guests coming and needed the kitchen project finished but the door doesn't move like it should.
