Professional service.

I have to say I had an amazing experience when I hired Harrow green to move my 300 staff from an office in the centre of London to a bigger space in Canary Wharf…. My first contact was with a lovely gent called Toby he was very approachable very professional and a credit to the company. The staff on the day of the move were great and efficient and made the whole move stress free. I would definitely recommend this company they were fab from start to finish.

Really good professional outfit and at a competitive price. Extra due care and attention was carried out throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I lost ten years of my life working for this company only to hurt myself on the job when I was in a agency which they knew about them they took me on full time just so they could have the power in there hands to sack me
But I can say this about them too every person who is looking to use this company please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else they are over priced
They will send unexperienced personnel and claim they have the experience
If you have paid for a vehicle like a 12 ton lorry you will not receive it ( only if you are lucky you may get it )

Top class. Helped move our offices recently and the crew were helpful and even went out their way to help with something that they didn't need to do.

I know Restore Harrow Green work more with businesses, but they do residential moves too. I recently moved out of my property with HG’s support. The team were fantastic and extremely professional. My property contents were moved with care and transported safely to their next destination safely and with care. I couldn’t recommend them enough for any type of move. Great team.

Yet again another amazing service received from Harrow Green. Paul was so helpful and responsive from the initial communications and very helpful with last minute changes to plans. The movers on the day went above and beyond with the level of service. Would happily recommend Harrow Green and we will certainly be using them again.

Natalie was fantastic, from the initial communication to the last. Always keeping us informed, responding to questions very promptly and effectively - we could not have asked for a better service. I have no hesitation in recommending Harrow Green based on her excellent service.

Avoid - aggressively inconsiderate of other road users

I had an excellent moving experience with Restore Harrow Green about 2 years ago. However, my recent move from the USA to France did not go as smoothly, causing a lot of frustration and inconvenience in my personal life and business due to the poor and unprofessional service provided by the RHG partner at the departure location.

The issues began with the departure location, where furniture was overly dismantled, leading to increased labor hours. There was a lack of proper categorization for items placed in boxes, with many boxes containing more paper fillings than actual items. This not only increased the volume but also the overall charges, and they also spent an extra 3 weeks to count the new inventory, which caused a significant shipping delay. They didn't pack the items properly and professionally, and used paper boxes from a different move. They also used a defective shipping container. Upon arrival, the local RHG partner who helped me discovered extensive damage to my household furniture, paperwork, books, and electronics due to water exposure and proper packing at the departure location.

The destination RHG partner is excellent. They're punctual and effective. They acted in the interest of customers and quickly figured out the best way to deliver all the items to my new apartment and unpacked items in less time than expected. They even reported all damaged items to me and helped me take pictures of defective containers and notes.

I have been in contact with RHG regarding these issues. Initially, I felt that my concerns were not addressed promptly. However, I can now see their genuine commitment to providing the best possible service, and I appreciate their efforts. I will keep you updated here on whether my issues can be fully resolved.

Lee, shaun and Winston worked perfectly together. Nothing i asked for was too much trouble . They were hard working and respectful, a credit to the company.

We moved from the Netherlands to the UK, which was a pleasant experience with Harrow Green. Good and clear communication, and the move itself was incredibly smooth.

What a fantastic service from a great bunch of lads, Matt, Dave and the team were brilliant, I thoroughly recommend and would use them again!

Harrow Green Birmingham is a weird place to work, regular drug use on shifts including the drivers! The office team watch you through cameras installed in all the vehicles even if you’re unsuspecting. ALLEGEDLY there is rumours about audio recording. This just shows a clear lack of trust between the workers and management. Why would you hire people you can not trust or haven’t screened? Maybe it’s just to get the use out of working people pay them peanuts all whilst looking down at them like a bunch of peons. The individual who is in charge of booking workers in seems to get off on the thought of controlling how long people get to work and when they get booked in, it’s as if he sees himself as some sort of overlord. I’ve only worked a couple months in total and I’m barely scraping the surface. That being said I do enjoy the nature of the job, feeling like you’ve worked hard and meeting friendly clients. there are also some really great guys here it’s a real shame the place is run backwards.

This was such a happy experience for me. I was fretting about moving books from London to Cambridge and Harrow Green just took the problem away, solved it, and now it's all done. No fuss, a very personal service (from Lynn) and an efficient and really cheerful and friendly moving team. Could not be more pleased. Wish all my logistical problems were this easy to solve!

Great workers, Great team always helpful and punctual. they have done a lot of work for us and some time they have done extra works and didn't even worry about the cost

Said to contact them to resolve the issue of me being let go for no reason and nothing has been done I have so many secrets i would like to share about harrow and the staff I will be doing it in parts
