Orders are processed and shipped quickly. My last was a gift and it arrived even earlier than I anticipated. So far my favorite jam is the Hot Pepper...be ready for a little kick back...oh so good.

Evelyn's Great Chicken Noodle Soup
I ordered Evelyn's Edible Chicken noodle soup(my mom's name was Evelyn). It was fantastic. The noodles and seasonings were perfect. I used low sodium chicken broth, peas, carrots, celery and shredded chicken as suggested. A dinner guest said it was the best chicken noodle soup he ever ate. For the price of $9.99 it cant be beat. I boiled the broth and added it all to a slow cooker.

The pickled sausage and pork hocks were great. The container was not.
The pickled sausage and pork hocks were quite unique. We served with lime, hot sauce and beer. The only thing we were disappointed in were the containers. We thought we would be getting the Mason Jar containers, which would have been way more appealing.

They canceled my order, my mother has just had emergency surgery, and I can't answer calls, but I didn't get anything, I was so excited to get it to find out they canceled it

In this case, the shipping address provided with the order was not recognized by our shipping system, and we were concerned that the package might be lost or delivered incorrectly. Because many of the items we sell are food products and cannot be reshipped once lost or returned, we attempted to reach you several times by phone and email to confirm the correct address before shipping.
When we were unable to reach you, we made the decision to refund the order rather than risk your package being sent to an incorrect address and you not receiving the products you were excited about. Our goal was to protect you from that situation, not to cause disappointment.

My pear preserves were absolutely delicious!! I had one problem though! The jar wasn't big enough!! Make some larger sizes. Also, thank you for making the lid easy for old folks to open. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We need bigger jars!
